An Act to Exempt Property
of the Anne Murray Centre
in the Town of Springhill
from Municipal Taxes

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Notwithstanding any other enactment, effective the 2012-13 and subsequent municipal taxation years, no municipal taxes levied pursuant to subsection 72(6) or Section 75 of the Municipal Government Act are payable in respect of property of the Anne Murray Centre, located in the Town of Springhill, that is used exclusively for the purpose of the Centre and not used as a gift shop.
