Explanatory Note
This Bill gives the Governor in Council the authority to prescribe fees.
An Act to Amend Chapter 3
of the Acts of 2005,
the Bee Industry Act
1 Subsection 17(1) of Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2005, the Bee Industry Act, is amended by adding immediately after clause (k) the following clause:
(ka) prescribing fees for the purpose of this Act;
