Explanatory Note

This Bill authorizes the trustees for the Crosbie Memorial Trust Fund to transfer all remaining funds to The Crosbie House Society except funds required for the completion of its final annual financial statements.

An Act to Amend Chapter 17
of the Acts of 2003,
the Crosbie Memorial Trust Fund Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Chapter 17 of the Acts of 2003, the Crosbie Memorial Trust Fund Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 8 the following Section;

8A Notwithstanding Section 8, the trustees may transfer to The Crosbie House Society for addiction services programs all of the assets in the Fund except the moneys required for the purpose of Section10.
