Explanatory Note
This Bill removes the limit on the value of real and personal property that the Halifax Kennel Club may acquire and own.

An Act to Incorporate the Halifax Kennel Club
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Section 3 of Chapter 77 of the Acts of 1944, An Act to Incorporate the Halifax Kennel Club, is amended by striking out "to the value of $5,000.00" in the fourth line.
