An Act to Amend Chapter 2
of the Acts of 2003 (Second Session),
the Court Jurisdiction and Proceedings Transfer Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Clause 15(1)(b) of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2003 (Second Session), the Court Jurisdiction and Proceedings Transfer Act, is amended by striking out "14" in the first line and substituting "12".
2 Clause 17(1)(a) of Chapter 2 is amended by adding "accept the transfer" immediately before "if" in the first line.
