Explanatory Note
This Bill requires all food inspection reports produced pursuant to Part II of the Health Protection Act to be made available free of charge on-line.
An Act to Amend Chapter 4
of the Acts of 2004,
the Health Protection Act
1 Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2004, the Health Protection Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 84 the following Section:
84A Any report prepared following an investigation undertaken pursuant to Section 84 shall be made available, free of charge, on a website maintained by the Department of Health.
