Explanatory Notes
Clause 1 gives the Act a short title.
Clause 2 removes the limit on the value of the property that may be held by the Chester Yacht Club.
Clause 3 changes the limit on the bonds and debentures that may be issued by the Chester Yacht Club from $20,000 to 25% of the appraised value of its real property.An Act to Amend Chapter 122

An Act to Incorporate the "Chester Yacht Club"
1 Chapter 122 of the Acts of 1926, An Act to Incorporate the "Chester Yacht Club", is amended by renumbering Section 1 as 1A and by adding immediately preceding that Section the following Section:
1 This Act may be cited as the Chester Yacht Club Act.
2 Section 3 of Chapter 122 is amended by striking out "to the value of Twenty Thousand Dollars" in the fourth and fifth lines and substituting "of an unlimited value". 3 Section 9 of Chapter 122 is amended by striking out "in the whole the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars" in the second and third lines and substituting "twenty-five per cent of the appraised value of the real property held by the Corporation".
