An Act to Dissolve the
Lunenburg War Memorial Community Centre

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Lunenburg War Memorial Community Centre Dissolution Act.

2 In this Act,

(a) "Commission" means the Lunenburg War Memorial Community Centre, incorporated by the Lunenburg War Memorial Community Centre Act;

(b) "Town" means the Town of Lunenburg.

3 (1) All the property, assets, rights and undertaking that were, immediately before the coming into force of this Act, vested in the Commission are vested in the Town.

(2) All the liabilities and obligations of the Commission immediately before the coming into force of this Act are the liabilities and obligations of the Town.

4 The Commission is dissolved.

5 Chapter 128 of the Acts of 1948, the Lunenburg War Memorial Community Centre Act,is repealed.
