An Act to Dissolve the Holy Heart Seminary

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Holy Heart Seminary Dissolution Act.

2 The Holy Heart Seminary incorporated by Chapter 206 of the Acts of 1906, An Act to incorporate the Holy Heart Seminary, and confirmed by Chapter 180 of the Acts of 1907, An Act to amend Chapter 206, Acts of 1906, in relation to Holy Heart Seminary, is dissolved.

3 The Acts referred to in Section 2 are repealed.
