Explanatory Note

This Bill amends the Act to confirm that persons who are the natural or legally adopted descendants of John O. Platt are members of the Ardnamurchan Club.

An Act to Amend Chapter 12
of the Acts of 1997,
the Ardnamurchan Club Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Subsection 5(1) of Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1997, the Ardnamurchan Club Act, is amended by

(a) adding "or of John O. Platt" immediately after "Cox" in the last line of clause (a);

(b) adding "or of John O. Platt" immediately after "Cox" in the second line of clause (b); and

(c) adding "or of John O. Platt" immediately after "Cox" in the third line of clause (c).
