Explanatory Note
This Bill limits class size to 35 students.
An Act to Amend Chapter 1
of the Acts of 1995-96,
the Education Act
1 Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 5 the following Section:
6 A public school shall not have more than thirty-five students in a class.
