Explanatory Note
This Bill provides that no fees shall be charged for a lunch program or any other program provided by a public school during regular school hours.
An Act to Amend Chapter 1
of the Acts of 1995-96,
the Education Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 64C the following Section:
64D Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the regulations, no fees shall be charged for a lunch program or any other program provided by a public school during regular school hours.
