In 2003, Sackville-Beaverbank was renamed Hammonds Plains - Upper Sackville. This new electoral district last Beaver Bank and Middle Sackville (SNS, 2002 c. 34). In 2013, following the recommendation of the Electoral Boundaries Commission, this district was renamed Hammonds Plains-Lucasville and it lost the area east of Highway 101, including the Upper Sackville area, to the new constuency of Sackville. It also lost the Kearney Lake area to Clayton Park West. It expanded slightly west to gain the Upeer Tantallon area norht of Highway 103 from Chester-St. Margaret's and it expanded slightly south to gain the Sillwater Lkae area from Timberlea-Prospect.
