The Nova Scotia statutes are produced by the Office of the Legislative Counsel and published and printed by the Queen's Printer for Nova Scotia in both bound and looseleaf format and are available from Nova Scotia Government Publications.

Prices

Bound Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989 ------ $300.00 plus shipping and GST for 12 volumes.

Bound "annual" or "sessional" volumes for 1990, 1991, 1992 + 1992 supplement to revision, 1993, 1994, 1994-95, 1995, 1995-96, 1996*, Fall 1996, 1997**, 1997 (2nd session) + 1998*, Fall 1998 (2 volume set), 1999, 1999 (2nd session), 2000*, Fall 2000, 2001* and Fall 2001 ------ $50.00 each plus shipping and GST.

Bound "annual" or "sessional" volumes for 2002*, Fall 2002, 2003 + 2003 (2nd session), 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 ------ $70.00 for each volume or 2-volume set plus shipping and GST.

Bound Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989 + bound "annual" or "sessional" volumes (1990 to 2005) ------ $750.00 plus shipping and GST for 39 volumes. (If purchased separately, the 39 volumes would cost $2810.00.)

Consolidated looseleaf public statutes ------ $750.00 plus shipping and GST for 15 volumes. This price includes all updates to the date of purchase at no additional cost. Usually two updates are issued each year at a cost of $70.00 per update plus shipping and GST (releases #1 to #20 are $65.00 per update plus shipping and GST). The looseleaf consolidation includes only public acts in force. Release #30 consolidating the statutes to April 1, is the latest available. Release #31 consolidating the statutes to December 31, 2009, is being printed and should be available shortly.
