Solemnization of Marriage Act (revision corrected)
R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 436
Clause 20(2)(c) of the Solemnization of Marriage Act should read as
follows:
20 (2) (c) the party is not committed to the care and custody
of the Minister of Community Services, a childrens aid society or a family and
childrens service,

Lightning Rod Act (amended)
1995-96, c. 8, s. 19 -- in force July 1, 1995
Subsection 5(3) of the Lightning Rod Act should read as follows:
5 (3) Every such agent shall be resident in Canada.
Mineral Resources Act (amended)
1995-96, c. 8, s. 20 -- in force July 1, 1995
Subsection 112(1) of the Mineral Resources Act should read as follows:
112 (1) Except for testing, no person shall remove from the Province to
any place outside of Canada for processing any output from a mine in the Province without
first obtaining the consent of the Minister.
