1998-99 and subsequent years

All public, private and local statutes statutes from the 1998-99 Session and subsequent sessions, are accessible here, whether or not in force (i.e. some may be effective at a future date, some may be subject to proclamation and not been proclaimed in force, some may have been amended and some may have been repealed). The official bound volumes for all years and official copies of individual statutes are available from Nova Scotia Government Publications.

The Interpretation Act applies to all statutes.
