Explanatory Note

This Bill changes the name of the electoral district of Cape Breton East to Glace Bay.

An Act to Amend Chapter 1
(1992 Supplement)
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the House of Assembly Act

1 Clause 4(e) of Chapter 1 (1992 Supplement) of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the House of Assembly Act, is amended by striking out "Cape Breton East" in the first line and substituting "Glace Bay".
