The Rules and Forms of Procedure of the House of Assembly govern the proceedings of the House of Assembly and its committees. The present Rules were adopted by the House of Assembly on May 26, 1980, and were last amended on May 21, 1998. The Rules are produced by the Office of the Legislative Counsel.
