Explanatory Note

Clause 1 amends the definition of “participating municipalities” in the Colchester Regional Development Agency Act to remove references to non-participating bodies.

Clause 2 provides for the winding up of the Colchester Regional Development Agency.

Clause 3 provides for the repeal of the Colchester Regional Development Agency Act.

Clause 4 deals with the liability of the participating municipalities upon the winding up.
