Eastern Shore Sidney Prest NDP
Sid Prest was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Eastern Shore in 2009.
Before becoming an MLA, Sid worked in the family operated lumber and forestry business and has been employed by the HRM in various departments including Planning and Development, Community Services and Environmental Management Services.
He is Ministerial Assistant to the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture and he is Chair of the Resources Committee and a member of the Community Services Committee.
