Richmond Honourable Michel P Samson Liberal
The Honourable Michel Samson was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Richmond in 1998 and was re-elected in 1999, 2003, 2006 and 2009.
He is a lawyer.
Michel was Interim Leader of the Liberal Party from June 2006 to April 2007 and has served as Minister of the Environment and the Minister responsible for the Youth Secretariat Act.
He is Opposition House Leader and he is a member of the Law Amendments Committee. He is also a member of the House of Assembly Management Commission.
