Hammonds Plains - Upper Sackville Mat Whynott NDP
Mat Whynott was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Hammonds Plains-Upper Sackville in 2009.
Before becoming an MLA, Mat was an Outreach Assistant at the NDP Caucus office.
He is Chair of the Human Resources Committee and is a member of the Assembly Matters and Public Accounts Committees. He is also the Ministerial Assistant to the Minister responsible for Youth.
