Cape Breton Nova Honourable Gordie Gosse NDP
Gordie Gosse was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Cape Breton Nova in 2003 and he was re-elected in 2006 and again in 2009.
Gordie Gosse is a third generation steel worker who worked in the industry for 18 years. He was the Executive Director of the Whitney Pier Youth Club.
He was Deputy Speaker of the House of Assembly and is now Speaker of the House of Assembly. He is Chair of the Assembly Matters Committee, and Chairof the House of Assembly Management Commission.
