Pictou West Honourable Charlie Parker NDP
The Honourable Charlie Parker was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Pictou West in 1998. He was elected again in 2003, 2006 and 2009.
Charlie served for four terms as a municipal councillor in the Municipality of Pictou County and has worked in real estate sales, owned and operated a garden centre business for a number of years, and taught at the junior high and elementary school levels.
He has served as the Speaker of the Nova Scotia Legislative Assembly.
