Cumberland North Brian Skabar NDP
Brian Skabar was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Cumberland North in 2009.
He is retired from the Federal Public Service, having worked in various front line and management positions within the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and Health Canada.
He is Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs (Nova Scotia-New Brunswick Cooperation) and he is Vice Chair of the Economic Development Committee. He is a member of the Private & Local Bills and Public Accounts Committees.
