Clare Honourable Wayne J Gaudet Liberal
The Honourable Wayne Gaudet was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly as MLA for Clare in 1993 and was re-elected in 1998, 1999, 2003, 2006 and 2009.
Wayne was an educator and administrator at Clare District High School.
He has served as Minister of Agriculture and Marketing, Minister of Human Resources, Minister of Housing and Municipal Affairs, Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Business and Consumer Affairs, Minister responsible for Acadian Affairs, Speaker of the House, and Deputy Speaker of the House. Wayne has twice been Interim Leader of the Liberal Party.
He is a member of the Human Resources, Internal Affairs and Veterans Affairs Committees.
