An Act Respecting the Title to Certain Lands at

Tidnish, in the County of Cumberland, Claimed by

the Rector, Wardens and Vestry of Christ Church,

at Amherst, in the County of Cumberland

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Anglican Church Lands (Tidnish) Act.

2 In this Act, "Parish" means the Rector, Wardens and Vestry of Christ Church, at Amherst, in the County of Cumberland.

3 There is hereby vested in the Parish all the right, title and interest that the Parish would have had immediately prior to the coming into force of this Act in certain lands more particularly described in Chapter 77 of the Acts of 1900, if Chapter 77 had vested the lands in the Bishop of the Anglican Church in Nova Scotia free and clear of the trust referred to in Chapter 77.
